What I have learned from this coach, Kelsey Grant, is empowering me to be my authentic self and honour myself, so I can open up to the abundance and prosperity in this loving world! 

Throughout the 30 days, at night I will be posting my daily update to the Radical Self Love community, here I go:

Day # 1 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Woke up at 5:10am and allowed myself breaks between my daily disciplines to cuddle with someone special!

How I got my self care on: 2 green smoothies and 1 hour workout! Visualizing being on stage to help me push though on the stair master, singing Bug A Boo - Destiny's Child :)

How I got my empowered self talk on: I have an incredible team of people and I am deeply appreciated in my community, therefore I can share my vulnerability on my blog!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: For being persistent in trying to better myself and my self talk, knowing I can always grow and have pretty amazing abilities! 

Day # 2 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: I feel like by giving love is how I got love today, because I made some uncomfortable phone calls to some people in my life, and left this random message, saying I care about them and I am there for them. I know life will give me that back in return!

How I got my self care on: green smoothie, coconut oil swoosh, and said 'no' to some easy distractions that could have taken my workout time! Instead, I got in a 40 min workout!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I radiate great energy!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Working the plan I made for myself, and although things didn't go in the exact order, like my morning routine, I had to do my ego eradicator right before bed and I was resisting it but because I made the commitment I did it anyway and feel AWESOME!!

 

Day # 3 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: While listening to the body image workshop audio in the car from Kelsey, I realized that in society, we deem naps and breaks as unproductive time and I found myself getting caught in that paradigm today.  So when her voice came in my head reminding me I'm actually going to get more done if I REFUEL MY TANK, I took a break and listened to some of my favourite music that makes me happy and practiced my vocals!

How I got my self care on: green smoothie, coconut oil swoosh, and a few extra hours in bed made this morning amazing! 

How I got my empowered self talk on: Whatever happens is the perfect thing to happen.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Doing my daily disciplines and and having some inspiring coaching conversations with a group of business partners! I feel fired up!

Day # 4 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: By committing myself to this program and the routine, when my femininity got unstructured and I felt today was all over the place! I know this program is not easy, but worth it, and I felt that today! Amazingly got in whole lot of laughing and cuddling with my sweetheart that otherwise wouldn't have and I felt quite loved!

How I got my self care on: green smoothie, coconut oil swoosh, and 20 min run/listening to motivating audio (Click Here -> Just do it Speech by Art Williams) One of my favourites 

How I got my empowered self talk on: I'm divinely guided and today was a learning tool to fuel tomorrow

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Staying calm, cheerful and collected. Positive thoughts when old habits would come up, and I'd say 'Well thank you old fella but that doesn't serve me as this person I am becoming' I choose to grow!

Day # 5 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Surrounded myself around wonderful people at an event called, Accessing the Wavelength of Wealth, in which I was reminded that there is enough for everyone. Juli started along the lines with, 'Are you worried the person beside you is breathing air and you won't get enough? No. So why do we have a lack of abundance mentality when there is enough for everyone?'  Great experiences when I surround myself with people with the intention to grow.

How I got my self care on: 6am BodyPump class at GoodLife, AMAZING!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  There is plenty for me and you!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Staying on coarse for my intention today and ideas flowing as I stay more true to that!

Day # 6 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Took mini breaks and when my energy had a dip, I'd check in with myself and ask, "What do I need to do to feel rejuvenated?" Instead of my old habit screaming at me, "FIGHT THROUGH IT!!!!" I would relax my minds, drink some serious water and watch a funny short video and BAM I was back on top of my game!

How I got my self care on: Really listened to my body! Pushed myself in a BodyPump class and lots of lemon water! I am loving that right now!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  I deserve to have my cup full. My daily disciplines are where I intend to and there is always time for me.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Stayed committed to my intentions for today, which just enlightened me on how capable I am.  

Day # 7 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Growing up with glossy influences of looking at life (Social media where you choose what people see about you and TV shows where entertainment is the objective), I always thought it was a bad thing to cry! Makes me feel vulnerable writing right now! I CRIED while I was writing my page in my gratitude journal! I allowed myself to cry and feel great!

How I got my self care on: Hot shower, followed by hair treatment, followed by green tea and taking care of business with my cup full (As in finishing my daily disciplines)!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  You are so loved.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Listening to my body and not fighting it, embracing it!
 

 

 

Day # 8 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: 30 min Sacred Self Love Date, which is a part of the RSL program each week, so I sat with myself and reflected on what the wins were, what the fears and frustrations were (Then ripped that page up), and realized how open I was just focusing on having my shoulders open and smiling more, the world reflected that big time this week!

How I got my self care on: Green Smoothie, 30 min walk!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  I'm getting better everyday and closer to my goals because I'm persistent and around people with vision.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Going with the flow of things on my to do list and not being upset because I didn't get everything done. I made the intention to focus 100% on one thing instead of the whole list and guess what! I got a few things done right!

 

Day # 9 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Feeling some frustration, I stopped my task to check in with myself! Did the ego harmonizer meditation and felt a lot better.  

How I got my self care on: Up at 5am, green Smoothie and lots of lemon water!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  I am a vessel for a higher power and all the answers are within me.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Doing all my daily disciplines in the morning and getting ready for my adult bedtime so I can rock 5am tomorrow!

Day # 10 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Taking time to ask myself deep questions like - Where's my thinking? How am I thinking? Am I thinking higher law? How's my self-talk? Am I thinking big & positive? Took an hour to go through that with myself and 30 min with a business coach of mine, got some insane clarity!

How I got my self care on: Went for a 15 min run to some amazing new songs I found, and took some time to check in with myself! 

How I got my empowered self talk on:  I am loved and I am enough!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: I almost had my ego running the show, telling me things I knew were not true.  As you can imagine, dating an actor can mean seeing your partner act in a scene with feelings for someone else.  We had a conversation about a kiss that happens and WOW my ego was FIRING up and I breathed it through and remind myself I am loved and I am enough and I know our love is strong. I love you ego for keeping me safe! :)

Day # 11 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Stopped for 30 min to revisit my schedule for the week so I could feel more grounded and focused on my goals! Also went to an event to hear an incredible speaker talk about loving what you do and living life on purpose! What an incredible reminder to SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF! And if you lead in your uniqueness/weirdness/craziness, you give others PERMISSION to follow and do so and free themselves!

How I got my self care on: Great workout and a ton of lemon water! FEEL SO GOOD!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am divinely guided, and if I cannot see the lesson in today TODAY, give it time and have faith!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Making authentic connections with some incredible ladies out there being apart of a movement!

 

 

 

Day # 12 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Facing my challenges, asking for help, receiving, and being coachable. Really being coachable.

How I got my self care on: 2 green smoothays. Talking with some inspiring people who live life with purpose! Really live life with purpose.  I know I've been in places where I haven't done what I loved, I'm just going with it because it is what it is, instead of getting emotional with WHY I'm willing to work through this conditioning period of life and see the bigger picture when challenges come rather than running back to security! Why would I not go out on a limb, if that's where all the fruit is?

How I got my empowered self talk on: I can do this! I am ready! I have all the tools! GO!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Doing what I said I was going to do.

 

Day # 13 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Being present! Having inspiring conversations! Practicing my craft in music and in business, which will help my capacity to serve!

How I got my self care on: Green smoothie and BodyPump class at GoodLife Fitness. Wow, all day my body felt alive! Amazing what a workout can do!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am authentic and transparent and I do what benefits both parties associated.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: An awesome singing practice, which lead to a session of creative thinking for the new album launching soon! Scheduling a time to sit down and think... It's amazing what's between these ears!



Day # 14 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: I didn't get up when I said I would. Therefore I did not have a morning routine, however I showed my commitment to sitting down and doing the program activities anyway... Today was a day filled with lessons, exposing what my mental habits are and what I have to clean up and work on! Today I went to work on myself and got honest with me!!

How I got my self care on: 2 green smoothies, work out at the gym for 45 min.  Thinking the gym should be apart of my mornings because I feel awesome!!!

How I got my empowered self talk on: What's ment to be done today will be done today, and I'm going to show up 100% to each task even if they may be 'out of order' from what I planned, so my tomorrow self will be thanking me!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Taking responsibility, thinking about my goals and enjoying the process although I'm not where I want to be.


Day # 15 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: I LOVE THE SELF LOVE DATE! I made tea, sat myself down and went through my win's this week, what I acknowledge myself for, my losses, and what to improve on! This program has taught me so much.  Sundays, Josh and I even implemented a RELATIONSHIP REVIEW date to voice our wins and losses in our relationship too! So wonderful! I feel so loved!

How I got my self care on: Green smoothie and ice cream... yes I deserve that after acknowledging myself for a good week!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I can do anything I want to. I choose.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Doing what I said I was going to do, rocking 5am, goal setting and making some calls to some people I care about! Happy Birthday MOM


Day # 16 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Acknowledged myself for sticking to my goals and working each day on growing myself into that person who would attract those circumstances/have that lifestyle! World class!

How I got my self care on: Rocked waking up at 5am although my mind fought me! So had a green smoothie wake up call and bodypump class that I upped my weights at!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am confident and I praise myself for being persistent and courageous in the hardest times where I need it the most!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Checking in with myself and taking time to enjoy the sunshine today brought! Early to bed because I feel I need it!


Day # 17 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Acknowledged that the day has ups and downs, but you choose how to ride the waves and I didn't let small things bother me.  Reminded myself what I'm thankful for and moved forward.

How I got my self care on: Green smoothie and I dressed up! My intention this week was to dress up more, and great boost of confidence with some great compliments from people today! 

How I got my empowered self talk on: You are greatly appreciated and a big part of the team! Had a wonderful training class today!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Becoming more strategic and willingness to start new with the fundamentals in a craft I've had for a while now! Wanting to get better and feeling the fundamentals were where I could go back and use some training!

 

Day # 18 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: I had a great practice today while I was singing! Just had so much fun with it and I know I am working towards something BIG, so it's easier for me to give it the extra effort! Sometimes I just book myself shows so I have an extra push when I practice! I visualize a big stage and I found this photo... This would be my girl group if I had one!

How I got my self care on: 25 min work out at the gym and dressed up a bit more! Feeling great!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I attract people in my life to help me along the way and mutually I help them too!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Putting 100% focus to my fellow human beings today! Whether it was a brief conversation or a 30 min appt, I wanted to make them feel significant! A wonderful lady complimented me while we walked across the street, and as I asked if she knew a yummy place to eat, we ended up getting lunch together! 


Day # 19 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Going out to an event, which getting there I found out it was rescheduled, and the dressed up girl beside me realized the same thing! So instead of being dressed up and upset, us girls grabbed a drink and I got to know an incredible new friend for 3 hours that I scheduled to go to the event! Blessing and love!

How I got my self care on: Green smoothie and a good old nap! Allowing myself one! Although it may not have seemed "productive" It made me so much more incredible present with people today.

How I got my empowered self talk on: People are a gift.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: The energy I brought to today!


Day # 20 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Got up at 5am, did all my daily disciplines, followed by a mini date which turned into a nap with my man! Building a new 5am habit together!

How I got my self care on: Pushed myself today at the gym, and planned before I went in which was way more effective!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I will get there! Stumble forward! I have to be bad at this new skill before I am good, and before I am great!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Pushing through my disciplines, even when I didn't feel like it!


Day # 21 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Showing up, taking in feedback and sharing with other people through an exercise what I Encourage, Praise, and Recognize (EPR) about myself, so in turn I can see that in other people.  You also feel better about yourself when you do this to others! "Get good at EPRing people"

How I got my self care on: Napppppppp... although I always want to talk myself out of it... however when I checked in with myself I happened to realize that is probably the most productive thing I could do!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I have my story of my life getting written every single day! I can make a change whenever I want to my story!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Day 7 of getting up at 5 am!

Day # 22 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Great talks with my man and being vulnerable and asking the tough questions to myself so I can simplify things and lay my foundation! Focus on what I'm good at... and become great.

How I got my self care on: My mans improv show.... LAUGHTER! I felt amazing afterwards.

How I got my empowered self talk on: I GOT THIS, I HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Reminding myself of my gifts!


Day # 23 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Quality time with my man in inspiring conversation! Master mining! Mining for diamonds in between our ears! Amazing!

How I got my self care on: Dressing up, felt great! Water... felt great too!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I have a reason for being here.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Being present.


Day # 24 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Cooking and surprising someone I love, made me feel the most loved! & GRATITUDE! Changed my thoughts habits big time!~

How I got my self care on: Big yummy breakfast and a ton of Water! Needed it!

How I got my empowered self talk on:  My story is being written right now! And the work I am putting it is why I will win! KEEP GOING!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Instead of having a to-do list for the day, I have tasks that need to be done! And focusing on that makes me feel more accomplished than all the things I normally have to put off until tomorrow that I should have got done today!

 

Day # 25 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Although I have a lot on the to do list, I stuck to my daily routine and made time for a date night! Exactly what I needed!

How I got my self care on: Took a nice walk in the middle of my day and embraced people, made eye contact and opened up! Felt so loved by the random free coffee and compliments from people! 

How I got my empowered self talk on: You always have time to connect with others! (Pick up the phone rather than a text! You'll surprise some people!)

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Patience with others and open to flowing with the day rather than resisting and missing out on experiences I was 'to busy' for!



Day # 26 RSL 30 Day Program - What the heck... there is no way it's already day 26!!!!!

How I got my self love on: Rocked a speech this morning and had a big event tonight that I would normally stress about.... But from what I've learned to do to calm myself from walking into the environment is the affirmation 'Whatever happens is the perfect thing to happen, and I am a vessel for something bigger than myself.' WOW, I want in with confidence rather than fear, ego and justification! I loved and honoured myself to have that moment with ME that it lead to an incredible result. I feel loved by me!

How I got my self care on: Not judging myself for finding a balance... and honestly focusing on some other priorities, that I realized my body has been on the back burner.   My self care today was showing my vulnerability of being out there and trying to find the right road and balance, but not hitting it everyday doesn't mean I deserve to beat myself up! 

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am strong, and I'm in the now. Reflecting and learning from the past, however I will look forward.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Coming prepared and walking in with confidence!



Day # 27 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Planning my day for and with others.  Respected the out-of-towners and myself enough to set time to really plan the day, therefore could enjoy the city, and I was in the moment to bring in all the amazing events fully because there was nothing to worry about.

How I got my self care on: Self talk and self belief.... because of my environment today with some incredible business owners! Raising my vibration and flat out likelyhood of success because I know people wear off on me... good or bad!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am greatness... I just have to condition that part of me.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Energy and focus during speeches! Taking my business seriously but not myself too seriously, and learning the difference!

Day # 28 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Relationship review with my man! Talking about what we learned from the convention this weekend and the leadership we were honoured to learn from, also our wins and losses this past week! 

How I got my self care on: Early to bed so this week can start rockin!

How I got my empowered self talk on: I can do this, I must invest the time to learn and those dividends will be well worth that time! People will help me get to my goals.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Making dinner for my second family! Cooking skills to the test!


Day # 29 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Got in a group of loving people and took some time around their energy to check in with myself and understand why I get low or high...

How I got my self care on: Hot shower... Green smoothie...

How I got my empowered self talk on: Today I encountered a new friend... Before he left he mentioned how life is full of gifts... living in the present (PRESENT) is a gift given to you... enjoy it!

What I am acknowledging myself for today: Setting an intention the next 30 days to where my focus will be!


Day # 30 RSL 30 Day Program

How I got my self love on: Taking responsibility.  It's easy to blame other things for your reasons to not be where you want, key words being "not be." I focused back on being present and trusting I am where I am for a reason bigger than myself. I am responsible for me.

How I got my self care on: Green smoothie and hugs...

How I got my empowered self talk on: I am doing the right things.

What I am acknowledging myself for today: The dance of emotions I went through, and finding the flow of where I am now and getting honest with myself as to the giving I have to commit too before expecting to receive.
